The food at the Lab is incredible! The double bone pork chop was tender and juicy , while the lamb was savory and flavorful! The arugula seasonal salad was delicious! Mindi, our server, was personable and engaging! A hidden gem in Pancake, you have to try the Lab for the perfect dining experience!
Today was my first time at The Lab and it was amazing. I ordered the special of the day (porterhouse) and it was cooked to perfection! Our waitress Caroline was the best ever, very prompt and so very kind! I will definitely be back again!
This was our third stop for dinner due to power outages at the other restaurants, but this was by far the best pork chop that I have ever had. My wife's Chicken had great flavor and was very moist. Our waitress Ashley did a phenomenal job. I only wished that they made whiskey on site with all those barrels as their decore.
Ashely was a fantastic server! She was so friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and such a hidden gem. It’s nice that Washington has an upscale restaurant with high quality food. Can’t wait to return!
My husband and I have been to a lot of nice restaurants. The Lab at Armens Barrel has been one of the best meals we have ever had. Hannah was an amazing server!!! If you are looking for an amazing experience this is the place to go
We had a wonderful experience! The wine sample tour was great. I’m so glad we got to hear about Armens process and taste his delicious wines and alcohol. We ended up buying a bottle of the Sangria. Our appetizer was the mushrooms , they were delicious! Our dinners and cocktails were delicious too! All around we had a nice time and I’m glad I spent my Bday with them. Our waitress Ashley was very friendly, helpful about the menu and checked on us frequently.
The only thing greater than the food, was the great service, Hanah. We loved our experience. The atmosphere was wonderful and so was the ambiance music that gave a great loungey vibes. We had the charcuterie board, and the bison and steak and fries which were so good. Highly recommend and we will be back!
We have made a tradition of coming here for Valentine’s Day dinner and tonight was outstanding, our waitress Ashley was very attentive and polite, and even offered suggestions when we asked. Would love to have her next time! We had the chicken, filet, beef tar tar, tomato bisque, and for dessert the peanut butter pie. Wow! Come check it out!
